The Kuwait Banking Association celebrates its 40th anniversary.
Al Masaref Magazine is a bilingual quarterly magazine issued by the Kuwait Banking Association. It is about banking and economic affairs which reflects Kuwait’s leading position on the banking and economic levels. It covers all economic activities, including banks, investment, real estate, financial markets…etc., in addition to all local and international developments. Which is of interest to economists, is headed by the Secretary General of the KBA, Shaikha Al-Essa.

We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial operations, and a solid understanding of IFRS standards.
** Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor`s degree in accounting.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong practical knowledge of IFRS.
Experience working on Odoo ERP system.
Proficiency in English & Arabic language (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
** Experience in:
Recording and posting daily journal entries.
Managing General Ledger and Trial Balance.
Performing bank reconciliations.
Preparing month-end and year-end closing entries.
Processing year-end adjustment entries.
Assisting in budget preparation.
Preparing annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
** Preferred Candidates:
Priority will be given to Kuwaiti nationals.
