بتوجيه من بنك الكويت المركزي تم تقليص المهلة المحددة لرد البنوك على شكاوى العملاء من 15 يوماً إلى 5 أيام عمل فقط، مع إلزام البنوك بتطوير مؤشرات أداء دورية لقياس مدى رضا العملاء وجودة معالجة الشكاوى.
